RENTAL KART TRACK REGULATIONS 1. Ride at your own risk. 2. We reserve the right to refuse anyone. 3. Must be 57 inches tall to ride karts. 4. Keep both hands on the steering wheel at all times. 5. Keep both feet in the kart at all times. 6. Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied up with clips or bands. 7. All loose clothing must be secured and REMEMBER TO REMOVE SCARFS. 8. No smoking in karts. 9. While on track stay in kart at all times. 10. No bumping, weaving, cutting off, or horse play allowed. 11. Persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants will not be allowed to operate karts. 12. Avoid any stalled karts on track. 13. Do not exit from karts in pit area until instructed. |
